Zinc Finder


Description

Zinc Finder is a software implementing a machine learning method for the prediction of the zinc-binding state of pairs of nearby amino-acids from sequence only, using predictors based on support vector machines. For a detailed description of the method and extensive experimental results on both PDB and human genome data please refer to the article at the bottom of the page.
